Introduction to Child Psychotherapy

This weekend course provides a foundational understanding of child psychotherapy, exploring key theoretical concepts and practicalities of psychodynamic approaches to therapeutic work with children. Participants will learn about the process of generic assessment, setting up a playroom and key therapeutic techniques. Through lectures and case studies, students will gain the skills and confidence needed to support children’s emotional and psychological well-being.
